Refund policy
At NurtureHer, each box is carefully hand-packed with love, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want every Mama to feel cared for. If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nurtureher.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit where applicable.
