What is NurtureHer?

NurtureHer is a small, mama-founded business that creates curated postpartum boxes filled with essential items for recovery, rest, and self-care. Each box is hand-packed with intention to remind mothers that healing is not a luxury — it’s a right.

Are these boxes only for new moms?

While they’re designed for postpartum recovery, our boxes can be gifted to any mama who deserves a moment of care and comfort — whether she’s just given birth, navigating motherhood, or simply needs nurturing support.

PRODUCTS & PACKAGING

What’s inside each box?

Each box includes carefully selected postpartum essentials and comforting items.

  • The NurtureHer Postpartum Box: A full collection of healing items, including disposable underwear, ice packs, nipple butter, peri bottle, and more.
  • The Essential Box: A lighter version featuring seven core recovery items for gentle, everyday care.

Do the boxes include baby items?

No — our focus is on the mother. We believe every mom deserves care, too.

Can I include a personal note or message?

Absolutely! You can include a short message at checkout, and we’ll add a hand-written note in your box.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, The Gambia, and Senegal. More countries will be added soon!

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • U.S. orders: 6–8 business days
  • The Gambia & Senegal: 2–3 weeks (includes local delivery coordination)

Please provide a valid email address so we can confirm recipient details and coordinate delivery. You’ll receive an email update once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping outside of those countries?

Not at the moment, but we’re expanding! Join our newsletter to be the first to know when new regions open up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of postpartum care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at hello@nurtureher.shop

GIFTING

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! Most of our orders are gifts. You can ship directly to the recipient and include a custom message at checkout — we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer digital gift cards?

Not yet, but we’re working on adding them soon.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nurtureher.shop

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and mobile payments through our Shopify store.
